Our Mission Statement

The “Shop Allen Street” Block Club exists to promote the economic development & success of the local businesses that call Allentown home, enhance the aesthetic appeal, and improve the overall quality of life along Allen Street in Buffalo NY.

The Block Club aims to foster a cooperative spirit among businesses, offer business support through a wide range of well-coordinated events & various other initiatives, and serve as a liaison with local government and other organizations.

🍻 Mulligan’s Brick Bar Staff Fundraiser! 🧱

Our hearts go out to the team at Mulligan’s Brick Bar after the devastating fire that took away their livelihood and a beloved Allentown institution. But in the true spirit of Buffalo, the community is rallying to support the former staff.

This Friday, January 17th & Saturday, January 18th, @nietzschesbuffalo has organized and is hosting a “Concert for a Cause” featuring live music from 4 PM to 1 AM on both nights.

Tickets are $20 and available online now or at the door. EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR earned from ticket sales will go directly to the Mulligan’s staff to help them through this challenging time. Consider purchasing a ticket, even if you aren’t a Buffalo local.

🎶 Musicians are donating their time. Give @nietzschesbuffalo a follow for the full schedule of music as it’s released.
 🎟️ Amazing prizes will be raffled off—made possible by contributions from the community.
 💖 Together, we can all show what it means to be “The City of Good Neighbors.”
